Smoker-Cooking

I absolutely enjoy the art of cooking with a slow smoker. I experiment with various wood flavors, meats, and rubs. In this section I keep a journal of the various meats I’ve cooked with the variables I tweaked; of course, I provide the end results. However, sometimes I forget to take pictures of the finished product. Enjoy!
